Each User is permitted to hold only one (1) Account on the Platform at any time. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or at any point thereafter constitutes a material breach of these Terms. lato4d reserves the right to close any Account and forfeit any balance if it determines, at its sole discretion, that the information provided is inaccurate or fraudulent.
All Accounts on lato4d are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). Deposits and withdrawals are processed in IDR. lato4d does not currently support multi-currency Accounts.
lato4d operates a mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. All Users must complete KYC verification before making their first withdrawal. lato4d also reserves the right to request KYC documentation at the time of registration, following a deposit, or at any point during the Account's lifetime.

You may only deposit funds from payment accounts that are registered in your own legal name. lato4d does not charge any processing fee on standard deposits. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transfer fees, for which lato4d bears no responsibility.
To request a withdrawal, you must have: (a) completed KYC verification; (b) made at least one qualifying deposit; and (c) met any applicable wagering requirements associated with bonus funds in your Account balance. Withdrawals of real-money funds unaffected by active bonus conditions may be requested at any time.

In any event, lato4d's total aggregate liability to you in connection with your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your Account in the thirty (30) calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with internationally recognized principles of commercial law. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms — including disputes relating to the existence, validity, or termination of this agreement — shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation in the first instance. Where negotiation fails, the parties agree to submit to binding arbitration administered by a mutually agreed international arbitration body.
